We observed degraded performance in our API after 2:30 PM IST post our Web 4.13 release we observed its because of making multiple call in updating custom fields for client requirement. We have identified REDIS caused this issue and removed it, once resolved added back REDIS. after 5:30 PM IST all POST call API's are working
